We move houses, townhouses and farmsteads: from basement to attic, including the garage, storage room, terrace furniture and garden equipment. Crew and transport are chosen for the volume – usually a full working day with 3–4 movers.

Before the job we come to look or estimate from photos and an item list. For a house with many belongings we quote one fixed sum so you do not have to count hours. Insurance – €120,000.

What a house move includes

A house differs from an apartment not only in size – there is a garage, a storage room, a garden and things nobody has moved for years.

All floors and outbuildings

Basement, attic, garage, storage room, sauna. We include everything you show us in the estimate so there is no "there is more over there" on the day.

Disassembly of large furniture

Built-in wardrobes, double beds, dining tables, the kitchen set – we disassemble, label the parts and reassemble at the new place.

Garden and terrace items

Outdoor furniture, grill, lawnmower, planters, trampoline, playground – cleaned, packed and transported as a separate layer.

Two trips or two vehicles

A house rarely fits into one van. We plan a second trip or a second vehicle in advance – the price is known before the job.

Heavy and bulky items

Safes, pianos, stone worktops, aquariums. When they do not fit the stairwell or the door is too narrow – we lift with a crane truck (€60/hour).

Removal before the move

During a house move it often turns out half the things are no longer needed. We remove them at the same time – €30/m³.

In Vilnius, the suburbs and between Lithuanian cities. Outside Vilnius we add €1.10/km one way.

Moving from an apartment to a newly built house – usually together with assembling new furniture and removing the old.

Farmsteads and garden houses – with equipment, tools and outdoor furniture; we assess gravel-road access.

Houses in other cities: Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys – a fixed price for the whole trip.

How we plan a house move

For a house the key is an accurate item count before the job. It determines the crew, the transport and whether one day is enough.

Site visit or photos

For larger houses we come to look; for smaller ones photos and a list are enough. Then – a specific sum or an hour estimate.

Fixed price when you need certainty

For a house with many belongings we offer one sum for the whole job, including the second trip and kilometres.

Crew sized for the volume

Three movers – €95/hour, four movers – €125/hour. With four, a house is moved in one day, not two.

One person in charge

The team lead knows what goes where and is responsible for your belongings from loading to reassembly.
