Trust

We carry furniture and boxes out, load the van, transport them and bring them into the agreed rooms. Packing, furniture assembly and unwanted-item removal can be booked separately. Before we arrive, we discuss the load, stairs, lifts and vehicle access at both addresses. This helps us choose the vehicle and crew and estimate working time.

For hourly bookings, the final total depends on the time worked and agreed extras. For a fixed quote, send an item list and photos so we can assess the full job.

Prices, preparation, timing and booking terms.

How much do moving services cost?

Two movers and a van cost €65 per hour excluding VAT. The minimum booking is two hours: €130 excluding VAT or €157.30 including 21% VAT. Each extra mover costs €30 per hour. Three movers and a van cost €95 per hour; four cost €125 per hour, excluding VAT.

How much does a move in Vilnius cost?

The price depends on the crew, working time and agreed extras. For example, three hours with two movers and a van cost €195 excluding VAT (€235.95 including VAT). This is a calculation example, not a quote for a particular apartment. Materials, route costs and extra work are agreed separately.

What information do you need for a quote?

Send both addresses, floor numbers, lift availability, an approximate box count, the largest furniture and your preferred date. Photos of the items and access routes help us estimate the work.

Do you only work in Vilnius?

We move homes and businesses in Vilnius and other Lithuanian cities, between cities, and between Lithuania and European countries. Longer routes receive a separate price and delivery estimate.

Is packing included?

+

Packing can be booked with your move. We agree which items need packing, what materials are needed and how the work will be charged. If you pack yourself, label boxes by room and wrap fragile items separately.

Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes, this can be included in your booking. Send photos and dimensions so we can assess what needs dismantling and allow time for the work.

Can you move items from an apartment without a lift?

Yes. Tell us the floor number, staircase width and dimensions of heavy items. If furniture will not fit through a doorway or turn, we will discuss dismantling or another suitable lifting method before the move.

Do you work in the evenings and at weekends?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Evening and weekend work is charged at 1.5 times the standard rate. We confirm the price before the move. Consultation hours are 07:00–21:00 on weekdays and 08:00–20:00 at weekends.

How soon can you arrive?

Availability depends on the date, crew and vehicle required. Send your preferred date or call for an urgent booking. Arrival is only confirmed once the booking has been agreed.

How long will the move take?

+

The number of rooms alone is not enough to estimate the time. Boxes, furniture, packing, stairs, lifts and the distance to the van all matter. We discuss the expected duration after receiving details of both addresses.

How are belongings protected, and what happens if something is damaged?

The company has €120,000 in civil liability insurance. Cover is subject to the policy terms and exclusions. Tell us about valuable or fragile belongings before booking. If you notice damage, document it and contact us promptly.
