Q: How much does a warehouse move cost?

From €250 excl. VAT. A small 200 m² warehouse with four movers and a van takes 1–2 days – about €1,000–2,000 excl. VAT; with racking disassembly and a crane truck – more. After a site visit we quote one fixed sum.

Q: Can you move the warehouse without stopping shipments?

Yes – that is why we work in stages. First we assemble racking at the new site, then move slow-moving stock, and the active lines on the last night or weekend.

Q: Do you have equipment for heavy machinery?

Yes – a crane truck (HIAB) with a flatbed, up to 8 t per lift. We lift, transport and set machine tools and lines on their foundations ourselves.

Q: Do you disassemble and assemble racking?

Yes, both pallet and shelf racking. We assemble to the new layout and anchor to the floor. Damaged parts are flagged and reported before assembly.

Q: How do you record what has been moved?

Every pallet is labelled, every trip is logged with time and count. At the end we reconcile with your storekeeper and sign the act.

Q: Do you relocate warehouses to another city?

Yes – Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys. For intercity moves we plan several trips a day or larger transport; kilometres are included in the fixed price.

We relocate warehouses and production premises: we disassemble racking, transport goods on pallets and lift heavy equipment with a crane truck. The work is split into stages around your order flow so you can keep shipping and receiving during the move.

Before the job we count pallets, racking bays and equipment and choose the transport – from a van to a crane truck with a flatbed. The price is one sum after a site visit, with a VAT invoice.

What a warehouse move includes

Racking disassembly and assembly

Pallet and shelf racking is taken apart by bay, parts labelled, reassembled to the new layout and anchored to the floor.

Goods on pallets

Loaded by your location codes, stretch-wrapped, pallets labelled. At the new site goods go straight into the same system.

Heavy equipment by crane truck

Machine tools, compressors, printing or packing lines – lifted with a crane truck (€60/hour) and moved on a flatbed. Up to 8 t per lift.

Stages around your schedule

Slow-moving stock first, then active lines, finally the packing area – shipments do not stop.

Office area and equipment

The warehouse office, computers, printers and scanners are labelled and moved together with the workstations.

Removal of old racking and waste

Unneeded racking, damaged pallets and cardboard are removed at the same time, €30/m³.
