Office moving in Vilnius

Fixed price for the whole project from €250 excl. VAT. We work evenings and weekends so the team sits at their desks on Monday.

We relocate offices in Vilnius and across Lithuania: workstations, IT equipment, archives, meeting rooms and the kitchen. Before the job we prepare a plan with labelled workstations so every desk, chair and monitor ends up where the new layout says.

A small office of up to 10 workstations takes one evening with 3–4 movers; larger ones are planned in stages over a weekend. We quote after a site visit – one sum, no hour counting.

What an office move includes

From a plan with labelled workstations to connected monitors in the new office.

Plan and labelling

Every workstation gets a number. Boxes, chair and equipment carry the same number – in the new office everything returns to the same person.

IT equipment

Monitors, computers, printers and server cabinets go into anti-static film and boxes with dividers. Cables go into labelled bags.

Furniture disassembly and assembly

Desks, partitions, document cabinets, meeting tables. Disassembled in the evening, reassembled to the new layout by morning.

Archives and documents

Binders travel in closed boxes in the same order they stood on the shelf. Confidential documents – in sealed boxes.

After-hours work

Evenings from 17:00 and weekends – with a 1.5 multiplier, but no downtime for the business. We book the freight lift and access with the building manager.
