Q: How much does a shop move cost?

From €250 excl. VAT. A small shop of up to 50 m² with three movers at night takes 5–6 hours – about €710–855 excl. VAT with the night multiplier. For larger shops we quote a fixed sum after a site visit.

Q: How many days will the shop be closed?

A small one – none: we pack after closing and you open at the new location in the morning. For a larger shop we plan a weekend: Friday evening – packing, Saturday – relocation and assembly.

Q: Do you pack the goods or do staff have to?

Either. Usually your staff pack goods using our labelling system and we pack fixtures and furniture. If you prefer, we pack everything.

Q: Do you work in shopping centres?

Yes. We arrange the loading window, lift and security passes with management. We have experience in Akropolis, Ozas, Panorama and Europa.

Q: How do you protect glass display cases?

We remove the glass where possible, place it between cardboard and blankets and transport it upright and strapped. Fixed glass is protected with corner guards and film.

Q: Do you remove old shelving and packaging?

Yes – €30/m³, at the same time. Cardboard and film after the move are removed at no extra charge.

We relocate shops, showrooms and retail units in shopping centres: shelving, display cases, stock, the till area and the stockroom. Goods are packed by category and shelf order so you can lay them out at the new location in hours, not days.

In shopping centres we arrange the loading window and freight lift with the management. A small shop is moved in one night, a larger one over a weekend. We quote after a site visit as one sum.

What a shop move includes

Goods, shelving and the till – in the order they will need to go back.

Goods packed by shelf

Every box is labelled with the shelf number and category. At the new location goods return to the same order – no need to redo the inventory.

Shelving, display cases, mannequins

We disassemble retail fixtures, pack glass cases in corner protectors and blankets, and reassemble to the new floor plan.

Till area and equipment

Cash registers, card readers, computers, security gates – disconnected, cables labelled, transported separately from the goods.

Night and weekend work

From 17:00 and at weekends – with a 1.5 multiplier included in the fixed price. In a shopping centre we arrange the loading window and lift.

Stockroom and reserves

Boxes of stock travel on pallets or box on box by weight – no crushed packaging.

Removal of old fixtures

Unneeded shelving, display cases and packaging are removed at the same time – €30/m³ – and disposed of properly.
