When starting fast matters most
When you want peace of mind on moving day
Changes to the item list, addresses or agreed access conditions may affect the quote. We agree any extra work and its price before carrying it out.
The base booking is two movers and a van for at least two hours. Each extra mover costs €30 per hour excluding VAT. Crew size depends on the load, carrying distance and work required.

The moving estimate is not made up. It consists of specific components that can be clearly verified:
How many movers work, whether an additional person is needed for large items
Van / larger vehicle, access conditions, distance
How long it will actually take to carry out, load, travel, carry in, arrange
Furniture disassembly/assembly, packing, carrying heavy items, disposal
Boxes, films, adhesive tapes, corner protectors, packing paper
Transport is not just a car. The difference appears when you need more space, a lift, or when access is limited.

50 Eur/hexcl. VATwhen there is a lot of volume, large furniture, longer route
50 Eur/hexcl. VATwhen you need to lift through balcony/window, heavy objects
60 Eur/hexcl. VATDifferent objects have different characteristics. An apartment more often means stairs and an elevator, a house - area and many items, an office - deadlines and responsibility.
All prices are shown excluding VAT.The apartment moving price is most affected by: floor, elevator, parking and number of boxes.
In houses, additional work often appears: more furniture, storage, terrace, garden equipment, larger distances on the plot.
For offices, the most important thing is that everything returns to its place and work does not stop longer than necessary: workstations, equipment, archives, documents.
In warehouses, the price is determined by: number of pallets, loading equipment, access, whether sorting and arrangement is needed.
Shop = showcase details, shelves, checkout area, often short deadlines and work after hours.
If you want items to arrive as they left - packing is a place where it is not worth improvising. Here are the most commonly used items.

Negotiableexcl. VATDistance changes the calculation: in the city, time and access are most important, in intercity - the route, in international moves - logistics, schedule and safety.
Local moving (e.g., in Vilnius) is usually calculated by time. This is the fairest model when the duration is actually determined not by kilometers, but by the situation on site: elevator, stairs, parking, distances from door to car.
In intercity moving, working time + kilometers are usually calculated. The logic is simple: the team works from arrival to the last item placed, and the route has its own price.
In international moves, the most important thing is order and safety: fastening, protection, planning, clear schedule. The price is formed according to the route, cargo volume, team needs and packing level.
These examples cover two movers and a van in Vilnius during regular weekday hours. They are calculations, not past jobs or estimates of how long your move will take.
2 × €65.00 = €130.00 excl. VAT

3 × €65.00 = €195.00 excl. VAT

4 × €65.00 = €260.00 excl. VAT
€314.60 including 21% VAT

Send both addresses, floor numbers, lift availability, an approximate box count, the largest furniture and your preferred date. Photos of the items and access routes help us estimate the work.
Packing can be booked with your move. We agree which items need packing, what materials are needed and how the work will be charged. If you pack yourself, label boxes by room and wrap fragile items separately.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Evening and weekend work is charged at 1.5 times the standard rate. We confirm the price before the move. Consultation hours are 07:00–21:00 on weekdays and 08:00–20:00 at weekends.
The number of rooms alone is not enough to estimate the time. Boxes, furniture, packing, stairs, lifts and the distance to the van all matter. We discuss the expected duration after receiving details of both addresses.
