There are usually two ways:
Hourly calculation
When the work is clear, but the duration may vary (e.g., floors, parking, elevator, narrow stairs, many small items)
Fixed price
When you want one number for the whole project (especially convenient for offices, houses, larger orders or long routes)

It is worth choosing the team size not because it is cheaper, because it is faster, but so that the work is more efficient - less risk, less dragging, faster loading/unloading but at the same time not interfering with each other.

Distance changes the calculation: in the city, time and access are most important, in intercity - the route, in international moves - logistics, schedule and safety.
Local moving price
Local moving (e.g., in Vilnius) is usually calculated by time. This is the fairest model when the duration is actually determined not by kilometers, but by the situation on site: elevator, stairs, parking, distances from door to car.
Intercity moving price
In intercity moving, working time + kilometers are usually calculated. The logic is simple: the team works from arrival to the last item placed, and the route has its own price.
International moving price
In international moves, the most important thing is order and safety: fastening, protection, planning, clear schedule. The price is formed according to the route, cargo volume, team needs and packing level.
Moving prices by service type
Different objects have different characteristics. An apartment more often means stairs and an elevator, a house - area and many items, an office - deadlines and responsibility.

The apartment moving price is most affected by: floor, elevator, parking and number of boxes.
House moving price
